Privacy Policy

The Fudgy Square is a home bakery in Gujrat, Pakistan. This page explains what information we see when you use this website or order from us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

This website does not have accounts and does not store your personal details. When you order, you message us on WhatsApp. We see the name, phone number and details you choose to send us there, such as what you are ordering and where it should be delivered.

The order form on this site does not send anything to us. It only prepares a WhatsApp message on your device, which you can review before sending.

How we use it

We use your details only to confirm, prepare and deliver your order, and to reply to your questions. We do not sell or share your details with anyone, except a delivery rider where needed to deliver your order.

Analytics

If enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which buttons they use (for example, the WhatsApp button). This uses cookies and does not tell us who you are. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.

Third-party services

WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps are run by other companies and have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete our WhatsApp chat history with you at any time by messaging 0323 7565999.
